People come into our life and people leave from our life. We enter into people’s lives and we leave from other people’s lives. This constant coming and going has all of us, perpetually, developing relationships throughout our life. Poets talk about reasons and seasons for these relationships but it never ceases to amaze how people are looking for permanent relationships in other people. The beauty of a relationship with God is that He has promised to never leave us or turn away from us. In fact, the greatness of His promise is that He has committed to be with us through every aspect of our life. While we pursue relationships that last, we would all do well to develop one that will truly last with God through His Son, Jesus.
